I am writing to let you know that Mike’s Home Improvement has been doing work on my renovation. We have been very satisfied with Mike and his team.
The scope of their work has included demolition, framing (interior/exterior), roofing, and installation of siding for our major renovation. Mike is very easy to work with, a good listener, and is a good problem solver.
Mike is here every day and manages his team very well. His workers are skilled and highly productive. They understand various materials and how to work with them. The work they have done is of high quality. My family is living in the residence during this renovation and I also work from home. Within the last year my wife and I built a custom shingle style Victorian along the ocean in Narragansett, Rhode Island. We acted as our own general contractor and as a result dealt with numerous sub-contractors.
Mike’s Home Improvement, Inc. was the sub-contractor for the interior trim and custom doors. Their work was beyond compare in every aspect. They came in right on budget and time. We added several extras and they were more than reasonable with the additional charges. A few times when we needed help with the design decisions, they were patient and helpful.
They were one of our best subs and had we discovered them earlier, they would have had a bigger role in the project.

Mike and his crew have done work around my house over the last ten years. These projects have been both big and small, from an In-Law addition to a back porch.
